Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Paasya mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Paasya is a hyperlocal deals and offers platform that connects local businesses (“Stores”) with nearby consumers (“Users”). Stores post time-sensitive deals, and Users discover and redeem them in person.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent deals; harass, abuse, or harm other users; use the App for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; scrape, crawl, or collect data from the App without permission; impersonate another person or business.

5. Content & Posts

Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting, you grant Paasya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App. Paasya reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines. Community posts are subject to moderation and may be held, flagged, or removed.

6. Store Accounts

Store owners are responsible for the accuracy of their posted deals and offers. Deals must be honored as advertised. Fraudulent or misleading deals may result in account suspension. Store claim verification is required for full digital redemption features and may be completed by automated voice call to the business’s publicly listed phone number, by uploading business-ownership documents (utility bill, business license, lease, or tax registration) for admin review, or by signing in with a verified Google Business profile. Repeated failed voice verification attempts may temporarily or permanently lock out the voice method for that claim; document upload remains available regardless. By initiating a claim you confirm that you are the legitimate owner or an authorized representative of the business and that any documents you upload are genuine.

7. Redemptions

Redemption codes are single-use and time-limited. Paasya is not responsible for disputes between Users and Stores regarding deal fulfillment. Honor-based redemptions rely on good faith between parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Paasya name, logo, and App design are the property of Paasya. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission. Third-party content (Google Places data, maps) is subject to their respective terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Location data is used transiently for feed personalization and is not stored permanently on our servers.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Paasya does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any posted deals. Paasya is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paasya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App.
